Come celebrate the final weekend of one of the world's truly great festivals, the Bavarian Bacchanal that is OKTOBERFEST! Contrary to popular belief, Oktoberfest isn't really in October - in fact, it started this year on September 19. This week at Charter we will be having some amazing therapy dogs come to Charter to help us de-stress! On Tuesday, Marilla, a golden retriever mix, and on Wednesday, Gibbs and Dozer, the adorable Leonbergers, will be coming to visit us at Charter! Come stop by and enjoy an amazing break.
